WA Reflections — Our History Rediscovered is a capacity building program for Western Australian filmmakers to produce short documentary films.
Filmmakers will creatively respond to diaries, journals, letters and oral histories from the State Library's collections.
The State Government is contributing $60,000 to the initiative.
The partnership between the State Library and Screenwest is the first of its kind for the two organisations who have a similar purpose to share our unique Western Australian culture and stories with the world.
