Female-friendly facilities get the go ahead in Exmouth
The State Government's focus on making venues more female-friendly continues with Exmouth Recreation Centre the latest facility to commence work on installing unisex change rooms.

Sport and Recreation Minister Mick Murray today joined Shire of Exmouth CEO Cameron Woods, Deputy Shire President Ben Dixon and Councillor Gary Mounsey at the sod turning, marking the beginning of the construction of the change rooms that will accommodate Exmouth's surge in female participation rates.
More than $142,000 was provided through the Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund (CSRFF) - the McGowan Government's flagship sporting infrastructure fund.
The Shire of Exmouth has contributed the remaining funding with the project cost totalling $285,000.
The project is being undertaken by local contractor C.J. Lord Building & Renovations (WA) Pty Ltd and is due for completion by June 2021.
