Licensed trading hours for the upcoming day of mourning
Licensees are advised that the permitted trading hours on Thursday 22 September 2022 will be the same as any other Thursday.
Section 98 of Liquor Control Act 1988 specifies trading hours for most licence types.
Licensees of club restricted licences and special facility licences are reminded that the permitted trading hours are specified as conditions of their licence.
All licensees are encouraged to refer to their individual licences for any other restriction on trading hours that might apply.
