Recognise a multicultural champion in the Local Government Sector
Nominations are now open to recognise and applaud the many champions of multiculturalism in Western Australia.
The WA Multicultural Awards celebrate individuals and
organisations who have made a positive contribution to multiculturalism.
The awards include categories for individuals, communities,
business and government and the arts sector.
The Local Government Award recognises major improvements
made, or initiatives developed, by a local municipal council that
promotes and strengthens multiculturalism and meets the identified needs of its
CaLD communities.
Administered by the Office of Multicultural Interests, the awards
will be presented at a gala ceremony on Tuesday 14 March 2023.
Nominations close at midnight on Sunday 15 January 2023.
