Facilities funding available for public regional galleries
Public arts and cultural galleries in regional WA can now apply for funding from $5000 to $100,000 for minor or major facility improvements through the Public Regional Galleries Improvement Fund.
The program aims to improve access to high-quality arts and cultural experiences for regional communities and increase the capacity of public galleries to receive touring exhibitions.
Public regional galleries that are operated, owned or leased by regional local governments or not-for-profit organisations are welcome to apply.
Applications are open now and will be closing 4:00pm 30 May 2024.

This program was previously managed by ART ON THE MOVE, however the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries now manages the funding program.
