Racing, Gaming and Liquor portal
A portal to lodge or renew certain applications, submit returns, pay annual liquor licence fees or to access the Banned Drinkers Register.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) coming soon
We will be introducing MFA to help protect your account and safeguard your information.
Soon, you will have to verify your identity, by entering an emailed code when logging in.
About the portal
The portal enables:
- the general public to:
- find current licences
- view any current prohibition orders.
- users with current licences to:
- view any barring notices relevant to their liquor licensed premises.
The portal enables users to:
- apply for:
- approved manager applications
- liquor applications including:
- permanent licences
- occasional licences
- one-off variations for permanent licences
- extended trading permits (one-off and ongoing).
- gaming applications including:
- standard lotteries (raffles)
- gaming functions
- Calcutta lotteries
- casino employee licence applications (key and non-key), including renewals.
- lodge returns for:
- annual liquor sales
- standard lotteries
- racing bets levy.
- make payments for:
- application fees
- annual licence fees
- annual liquor return fees, where applicable.
If the fee you are trying to pay does not relate to an application or return that has been lodged through the portal, you won't be able to pay the fee until the outstanding amount is displayed in your account.
