Disqualification of 12 months for using live rabbits to excite greyhounds under local Rule 86B(1)(a). Disqualification of 12 months for refusing to give evidence under Rule 86(e). Disqualification of 6 months for conduct which is detrimental to the image of greyhound racing under Rule 86(q). Fine of $100 under Rule 84(2). Fine of $500 under Rule 86(d). Penalties are to be served concurrently. Appeal as to penalty only. Appeal dismissed, penalty confirmed.
