Suspended for 9 months under Rule 81A for a prohibited substance (Cocaine metabolites). Appeal as to penalty only. Appeal allowed, penalty varied to be backdated to commence on 20 April 2006. After a period of 6 months and providing a blood or urine sample free of any substance the suspension be stayed on the condition that the appellant undergo assessment and testing, and if necessary, appropriate treatment in relation to the abuse of alcohol, drugs or other substances as directed or approved by the Stewards.
