Disqualification for 2 years under Rule 175(a) for (1) permitting a warned-off person to stable his horses in his training establishment, (2) permitting a warned-off person to visit his training establishment and (3) assisting in the training of the standard bred horse FRANCO HIGH STYLE. Penalty to be served concurrently - refer Appeal 463. Appeal dismissed, penalty confirmed.
