Disqualification for 7 years for breach of Rule 231 for assaulting a person having a connection with the harness racing industry and disqualification for 5 years for breach of Rule 243 for behaviour that was detrimental to the harness racing industry, the penalties to be served concurrently. By a majority decision, the convictions are quashed and the matter has been referred back to the Stewards for redetermination.
