Suspension for 21 days under Rule 440(a) for causing interference by careless driving. Appeal dismissed, penalty varied to a fine of $450. Balance of period of suspension (12 days) suspended for 12 months conditional upon the appellant not offending against the Rules of Trotting in that time.
