Suspension for 3 months under Rule 135(b) for failing to take all reasonable and permissible measures to ensure his horse was given full opportunity to win or to obtain the best possible place. Conviction confirmed, penalty varied to a suspension for a further 6 weeks from the date of the handing down of the decision.
