The following updated guidelines are now available on the department’s website:

• Operational Guideline – Disclosure of interests affecting impartiality
• Operational Guideline – Primary and Annual Returns
  

In addition, the department has published two new guidelines:

• Operational Guideline – Attendance at events policy
• Operational Guideline – Disclosure of gifts and disclosure of interests relating to gifts
  

The department will be updating additional operational guidelines, including Operational Guideline – Declaring financial interests in meetings, which will be published on the website in the coming weeks.
