Almost 1 in 5 Australians live with disability. The 2018 national consultation on arts and disability found almost half the respondents said that being able to find out information about accessibility before arriving at an event makes the experience much easier.
Funding for Choose Art was provided under the National Arts and Disability Strategy, an initiative of the Meeting of Cultural Ministers.
