The program aims to:

  • provide professional development opportunities for identified leaders that are employed within the sport and recreation industry and support them to achieve their individual professional goals
  • help sport and recreation organisations upskill and develop their staff
  • increase the overall capacity and capability of sport and recreation organisations.

Applications close Monday 27 March 2023.
