Cemeteries Act and Cremations Act Review

In particular, the local government sector’s views are sought on:

• management of cemeteries
• regulation of forms and fees
• licencing of funeral directors and monumental masons.

The 3-month consultation also provides an opportunity for the public, community groups, industry and government bodies to provide meaningful feedback on the Review.
