The DAIP outlines how CITS will promote access and inclusion of people with disability across:

• consultation processes
• employment
• services and events
• buildings and facilities
• quality of service
• information
• complaints handling.

This plan strongly aligns with the principles of A Western Australia for Everyone: State Disability Strategy 2020-2030 and will guide our efforts for the next 5 years.
