A guide for registrants.
To register with the Combat Sports Commission (the Commission) first you must create a profile account. From your profile you will be able submit registration applications, view your personal information, including your fight record and registration details; and update and upload your serology and fitness details.
Log-in details were emailed to current registrants in early August 2020. If you have not received your log-in email please check your spam or junk mail. If still haven’t received please contact the office on 61 8 6552 1604.
Open the email titled ‘Invitation to use Combat Sports Portal’ and click on the link ‘Combat Sports Portal’ hyperlink.
You will be taken to the portal “Redeem invitation” screen, select ‘Register’.
Your email address will automatically populate in the ‘Email’ section, this will be your username. Choose a password, then complete the security code and select register.
You will then be taken to your profile page, from here you will need to confirm your email. Click on the ‘Confirm Email’ box, then log into your email to the confirmation email. You may need to check your spam and junk mail.
Click the “Complete Registration” hyperlink, it will take you back to your profile. From there you will be able to start your registration.
For applicants who have not been registered with the Combat Sports Commission before.
Visit the online portal via the commission’s website (opens a new page) and then click on the ‘Sign in’ button.
Click ‘Register’.
Your email will become your unique username, if you try to register using someone else’s email, info@ or a combined gym email, you will not be able to complete your portal registration. You must have your own personal email address.
You will then be taken to your profile page, from here you will need to confirm your email. Click on the ‘Confirm Email’, then log into your email to look for the confirmation email. You may need to check your spam and junk mail.
You will be sent a confirmation email, click on the ‘Complete Registration’ link to complete your account creation. If copying the registration link please ensure you copy and paste the entire link into your internet browser.
You will then be taken back to the profile page where you can enter your personal details i.e. name, address, gym and trainer etc. Click update once completed.
Click ‘Apply’, then ‘Registration / Registration renewal’.
Click 'New Registration / Registration Renewal’.
Click ‘Start Registration’.
If this is your first time registering select the ‘New Registration’ drop down.
If you are already registered in another capacity and would like to apply for an additional capacity or want to renew an expired registration select ‘Renewal Registration’ drop down.
You will be required to complete all of the following listed below. Please note that all fields marked with * are mandatory fields.
At the sign in enter your email then click ‘Forgot your password’.
Enter your email and click ‘Send’, an email will be sent to the email address that the commission has on record. Please ensure you check your spam and junk mail.
Click the ‘Reset Password’ link or copy and paste the entire link into your internet browser.
You will then be redirected to the portal to enter a new password.
Once you have reset your password, click ‘Sign in’.
First sign in and click ‘Profile’.
Go to ‘Security’ and click either ‘Change password’ or ‘Change email’.
Once you have entered and submitted your password details you will receive the following confirmation.
Important: before you change your email please ensure that the email is not being used by anyone else and that it has not been registered with the commission. If you are not sure, please contact the commission.
Click ‘Change email’.
Enter in your new email address, then click ‘Change and confirm email’.
Go to your email to check for the following, click on the ‘Complete Registration’ link or copy and paste the entire link into your internet browser. You may need to check your spam and junk mail.
You will be redirected to the portal and notified that your email has been confirmed successfully.
You are now ready to sign in with your new email.
Depending on the type of registration you are applying for you will be required to upload a series of documents relating to your application i.e. as a contestant you will need to upload, a photograph of yourself, a copy of your current ID, a copy of your current serology report and certificate of fitness.
If you were not able to upload your documents as part of your registration submission or you would like to submit an updated serology or certificate of fitness see the following steps.
Click the dropdown box under your name and select ‘Documents’.
If you want to submit or update your serology or certificate of fitness, select the appropriate box.
If you want to submit or update any other document, i.e. new photo or updated ID document or Statement of Industry Experience click ‘Update Documents’.
Use the dropdown box to select the type of document you would like to upload, then enter the issue date of the document and click browse, to find the document on your device.
Click the drop down under your name and click ‘Profile’.
From your Profile you can update your address, contact number, gym and trainer details and your fight name by typing in the relevant field that you want to change.
Important: if you need to change your name you will need to contact the commission via email and provide proof of change of name, i.e. marriage certificate change of name by deed poll.
Click the drop down under your name and click ‘Fight information’. The fight record section is view only. If your record is incorrect you will need to contact the commission to have your details updated.
Click the drop down under your name and click ‘Registration’. You can view your current registration details by navigating to your profile and then ‘Registration’. This section will show you what capacity you are registered in and the expiry date of that registration.
