Three penalties each of 5 years disqualification for presenting a horse for racing which has had a prohibited substance administered (Etorphine) to it under Rule 178. Appeal as to penalty only. Appeal upheld, penalties varied to three periods of disqualification each of 2 years. All periods of disqualification to be served cumulatively.
