Conference facilities

• Point Walter’s conference facilities can accommodate 10 to 200 people in a choice of layouts:
• Graham Russell Conference Room seats 60 people theatre style or 40 people at tables in modern and air-conditioned comfort.
• Seminar Room 1 and Seminar Room 2 adjoin the main conference room and are ideal as small break out or meeting rooms.
• Seminar Room 1 seats up to 10 people theatre style.
• Seminar Room 2 seats up to 20 people theatre style.
• Pelican Function Room has the most spectacular views of the Swan River and Perth. It can be booked as a day facility meeting room or day/evening function space subject to availability. It seats 160 people in theatre style or 100 people at tables.
• Cygnet Dining Room can be booked as a day facility meeting room or day/evening function room space subject to availability. It is the largest dining and meeting facility at the camp and can seat 200 people in theatre style or 120 people at tables.
• Outdoor grassed space and sporting amenities are available for use including the 12m swimming pool which has a 80sqm shaded grassed space to the north of the pool that can be used for corporate and community events.
• The gazebo and amphitheatre can be used as breakout spaces or areas to sit and reflect during breaks.

• Our events manager can tailor a conference to meet your needs with options for:
• Audio-visual equipment
• A range of fun and challenging team building experiences for your guests
• Simple and affordable accommodation (including rooms with ensuites)
• Free use of equipment and facilities including a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court and swimming pool.

Catering

Accolade catering is the licensed provider of catering services at Point Walter Recreation and Conference Centre. Accolade offers a variety of options to cater for your wedding or function including tempting canapés, tapas, delicious and wholesome buffet meals or an elegant sit-down set menu can be arranged. Tea and coffee is also available.

Please note that self-catering is not permitted nor is the use of external caterer's.

Alcohol is BYO by permission as per our alcohol policy.
