The TRG is a cross agency/organisation reference group that influences and guides the strategic planning, development and communication of actions that support the Western Australian Strategic Trails Blueprint (2022-2027). The TRG is made up of relevant government agencies and industry bodies with vacancies for a limited number of community members. These members will be selected for their strategic understanding and influencing of trails for the broader benefit of the WA community.

As a member of the TRG you will be expected to advocate for achievement of the broader community outcomes.

Interested? Email trails@dlgsc.wa.gov.au by 5pm Tuesday 7 March 2023 with a 1-page outline addressing the following:

  • understanding of the role and outcomes of trails
  • capacity to contribute to the implementation of the WA Strategic Trails Blueprint 2022-2027
  • well-developed strategic understanding of trail types and current priorities
  • relevant experience within the trails sector and community activity
