Intro
10 athletes, including Jake and Harrison, were selected to represent Australia at the International German Cup.
Pool lifesaving events include obstacle swims, line throw, manikin carry and tows, super lifesaver, simulated emergency response and CPR. Events vary from individual to team, focusing on either speed or initiative. The skills learnt in training for competitions prepare lifeguards for real life situations and build their capabilities.
